All users must complete a lab health and safety induction before any work can commence and only then will bookings be accepted. Equipment loaned must be returned by the agreed return date unless the loan is for a period of greater than one year, in which case it must be returned annually for inspection.

University’s Insurance does not cover off site loans or any item under the value of £5000. It is in your interest to take out some form of insurance cover for the equipment you borrow whilst it is in your care. Users will be required to make good any damage or loss.

Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
